Molten chocolate dessert

Servings 2 ramekins


  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 80 g milk chocolate
  • 1 banana
  • 1 large egg (free-range)
  • 1 heaped tsp coconut oil


  1. Preheat oven to 220°C / 428F

  2. Add dark chocolate and coconut oil to a mixing bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds

  3. Add milk chocolate and chopped banana to mixing bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds

  4. Mix ingredients together. Microwave for a further 30 seconds

  5. Stir to form a smooth liquid. If needed, use a fork to mash the banana more

  6. Line two ramekins with a small amount of coconut oil. Pour chocolate mix into ramekins

  7. Place in oven and bake for 10 minutes

  8. Check to see if top of puddings are solid. If you'd like them less gooey, cook for another few minutes

  9. Optional -- If you're wanting them extra chocolatey, you can add a few more chocolate buttons to the top! We've paired ours with some strawberries here
