(Actually, I can rarely just sit still and just watch a movie – I’m usually always editing a photo, working on a blog post, or looking on PetFinder for available dogs to rescue at the same time! Teehee.)

And nowww, it’s time for our favourite movie night snack! – Hey, I never said it was healthy! But we’ve gotta look after our souls as well as our bodies, right?! These go really well with a nice cuppa tea 🙂

Hershey Kiss Pretzels

These are so easy to make, but ridiculously moreish! I am not quite sure they can be classed as "homemade"… but hey, a little effort does go in!

Course Dessert
Prep Time 15 minutes
Cook Time 2 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Hershey's Chocolate Kisses (the plain milk chocolate ones)
  • 1 bag of small pretzels (we buy gluten-free ones)
  • 1 bag of M&Ms (plain chocolate)

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 300°F

  2. Place desired amount of pretzels flat on a baking tray

  3. Unwrap Hershey Kisses. Place 1 Hershey Kiss on top of each pretzel

  4. Place tray in the oven for 1-2 minutes, until the Kisses have gone soft (but not long enough for them to have completely melted)

  5. While the chocolate is turning soft in the oven, separate your M&Ms into two bowls, by colour

  6. Remove tray from the oven, and press two different coloured M&Ms into each chocolate Kiss. (You can even make festive ones (one green and one red), or Valentine's themed ones (one pink and one red). Here, we've used Easter M&Ms!)

  7. Place tray into fridge to chill, or place in freezer for a few minutes to set them faster

  8. Enjoy!
